What should I expect to happen once I place an online order? When your order is received, it will normally be processed by the next business day (Mon-Fri) At this time, we will notify you via email if your order contains any sold-out or back-ordered items.

When will my credit card be charged? For in-stock items, your credit card will be charged upon ordering and shipment. For back ordered items, we will charge your credit card when we are able to fill your order.

Do you have a store where we can try on your clothes? We are sorry, but the zoning of our warehouse does not allow for customer traffic.

How do I determine the correct size to order? The correct size to order can be determined by using our sizing chart provided. Additional information will be listed in the discription of each item.

GREAT LENGTHS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Great Lengths Clothing wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item to us for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping.

GUIDELINES FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund. Follow the guidelines on the back of the sales receipt enclosed with the order. A pre-printed return address label is included on the return form. The cost of your return shipping to us will be reimbursed if the return is due to manufacturer's defect or due to an error on our part. Great Lengths Clothing cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected mail, so for your protection, you may choose to insure returns. Sorry, no C.O.D

Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you returned the merchandise to receive the exchange. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise to Great Lengths Clothing. Great Lengths Clothing will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer. Please allow two weeks for processing returns. Please allow one to two billing statements for credits to appear on your charge card.

Guidelines for returns vary depending on the type of purchase. Please see item type below for restrictions and requirements.

GUIDELINES FOR RETURNING ALL CLOTHING EXCEPT FORMALS

Clothing purchased through Great Lengths Clothing may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Please do not remove tags from items. To expedite return/exchange, please fill out return form provided on the reverse side of the sales receipt. Items may be returned in the original shipping bag. Priority mail bags and boxes are available free of charge at your local US post office.

GUIDELINES FOR RETURNING FORMALS

Great Lengths Clothing offers a full satisfaction guarantee on its formal wear. However, return guidelines do apply. You MUST follow these guidelines or your return/exchange will not be accepted:

1. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of item. If you need an exception to this, you must contact Great Lengths Customer Service via email at greatlengthsclothing@hotmail.com or by phone at 1-866-309-5249, 435-734-0100 within 7 days of receipt for special approval.

2. All tags MUST still be attached to the dress. If tags have been removed, the item cannot be returned.

3. All items MUST be un-worn and unaltered in any way. If item has been worn (other than the initial try on) or is soiled in any way (makeup, deodorant, food, dirt, etc.) the return cannot be accepted.

4. Dress MUST be returned in a box, either the original box that it was shipped in or a box from the post office would work. Please fill out return form on the reverse side of the sales receipt to expedite the return or exchange.

5. If you ordered three or more dresses from Great Lengths Clothing, you WILL be charged a $15 restocking fee for each dress returned.

PURCHASING MULTIPLE FORMAL GOWNS

Please know that we are always happy to help you with any individual sizing questions. We want you to get it right the first time! You are welcome to call us by phone at 435-734-0100 or 1-866-309-5249 with your measurements and we will help you select the correct size. The sizing and fit on our gowns is generally accurate.

Bridal Parties, etc: We are always happy to assist you if you are ordering multiple gowns for a bridal party or special group. Please contact us by phone at 1-866-309-5249 as we may need to special order some of the dresses to complete your party. We generally suggest ordering at least 12 weeks prior to your event to allow time for special orders. We offer a 15% discount to brides who order 3 or more dresses.

SAFE AND SECURE ORDERING

We guarantee that you will be able to use your credit card safely and securely while shopping with Great Lengths Clothing. We use PayPal and when registering or logging in to our site, we verify that your protected by Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) technology. Which means that the data you send to us is strongly encrypted and would be extremely difficult for anyone else to decode. You can tell when your in a secure area because the URL line of your browser changes from "http" to "https". This signifies that a SSL protocol is being used to communicate with the server. Please note that e-mail is not encrypted and is not a secure means for transmitting information.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

When you place an order with Great Lengths Clothing, you can be confident that your order will be shipped promptly. If your order includes and sold out or back ordered items, you will be notified via email. All U.S. orders are shipped via 2-3 Day Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. All orders outside the U.S. will be shipped via Airmail or US Global Priority.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified promptly by email if any items are sold our or back ordered. Please allow 2 weeks to receive your order before contacting us. Allow additional time for International orders. Formal wear is usually shipped within 48 hours also, for your protection, Great Lengths provides free delivery confirmation for all formal wear purchases.

Our shipping prices are based on the weight of each item, and the destination.
